Assistant Professor Alexandros Stefanakis is visiting Taiwan where he is an invited speaker at the "1st International Symposium on Nature-based Solutions for Carbon and Nutrient Cycles" organized by the National Taiwan University.

His speech was about the role of Nature-Based Solutions in a circular economy, while he presented a series of projects and experiences from the research and implementation of Constructed Wetlands systems around the world.

At the same time, he makes a series of contacts with colleagues and staff of the National Taiwan University discussing the prospects of bilateral cooperation.
