A new collaborative study by a global cohort of 20 experts on ecological engineering was published in Circular Economy and Sustainability Springer journal with the title "Education in Ecological Engineering - a need whose time has come".

The study deals with the need for wider adoption of Ecological Engineering principles to support sustainable development and the corresponding need for education in this field.

Assistant professor Alexandros Stefanakis is also co-author of this study.
